Emma is the President/ CEO of Diamond ERA Associates. Prior to the business Emma worked in the service industry serving tables and bartending for almost 6 years. Growing up she was inspired by her father who is an entrepreneur, and provided for 5 boys and 1 girl without a college degree. Her favorite part of the business is the ability to mentor and inspire people to take control of their lives and overcome challenges, like how her mentors did for her. Emma was promoted into upper management 37 weeks pregnant and is proud to give her daughter Amelia the lifestyle she deserves. Emma's goal is to be the leader that her team needs her to be and to provide financial freedom not only for her family but help other families achieve that as well.
